Charity is a major item throughout world wide Masonry.  The United Grand Lodge of England is one of the U.K's largest Charities.  It is supported by a network of Lodges including Ponteland. All the Lodges in the Province of Northumberland are currently involved in raising funds for our next Grand Charity Festival.

We are involved in specific projects which we believe have a deserving need. In 2001 we made an immediate response to the "World Trade Centre" tragedy in New York.  A cheque from Ponteland Lodge was presented as a token of respect to the Firemen involved.
