Meetings of the Elders and the Project Group agreed that someone would have to co-ordinate any future dates covering the Social Programme and prospective fund raising activities. The annual Church diary dates for Jumble Sale, Nearly New, Christmas Fair and Kapsowar etc have to be taken into consideration. Ray Tipping has been approached and agreed to accept this responsibility in conjunction with Joyce Childs. This is now in operation and ALL such dates should be agreed with Ray and Joyce who will give a speedy answer. Please do not just look or write in the present diary assuming that a date will be free.
In due course a large display board will be in the Church entrance giving the future programme.
